SV - Self Defence Practice 

In the Self Defence lesson techniques and principles from various martial arts such as Ju-Jutsu, Aikido, Kickboxing are employed.  With a partner we practice specific techniques (joint locks, throws, kicks, ground techniques)  to deflect various attacks and threats. We practice defensive techniques against armed and unarmed attacks while standing as well as attacks while on the ground.

SV improves physical fitness, strengthens self-confidence and helps dealing with everyday irritaions more calmly.

Everybody with an interest in delf defense is welcome, especially beginners.

Time: Every Thursday, 17:45-18:30

The SV class is open to all members of Aikikai Basel.
Non-members are welcome to attend a trial lesson.
